US Auto Force Catalog interface
Is anyone else using US Auto Force's catalog? When we go into the catalog, it always opens to the parts side - even though we have it set to open to the tire side. Just checking to see if anyone else is having the same issue? I do think it is on the US Auto Force side, but of course they want to blame the interface from Mitchell..... I am trying to get ahold of someone on tech support on their side, but if I'm not the only one that the setting won't stick on, it will help troubleshooting!

Do you use it more for parts or for tires?

Re: US Auto Force Catalog interface
Another strange thing we noticed about the US Auto Force Catalog. We now cannot get the hide our price to stick. We have to click to hide our price every time we go to look up tires. The guys will tend to have the customer come look at the screen to view the different tires & it's not good if our price is displayed

Figures. If I understand it correctly. Each parts company makes there own catalog and all Mitchell does is allow you to access it via the invoice screen. So that being said Id bet it is on there end. Ive found over time the parts companies do not seem to know how it works.

Hi Becky/All,
I forgot to circle back around to this - are you accessing their catalog via the Activant button currently?
