Inventory Scan Tool?

Hello, I am looking at what options are out there for inventory scanning that will intergrate w/ our Mitchell 1 Manager SE Inventory program.
I would like to be able to scan inventory inbound on receipt and have our Mitchell invoicing remove product as sold. Then I can pull a current inventory report I can check to make sure current inventory matches up.
