NAPA PRO LINK Security Issue?

Is anyone having problems with NAPA Pro link through Mitchell? We are having a security issue. When we try to open pro link to look up a part & a security window pops up, then we are not able to click out of. We have to Control, Alt, Delete to close out Mitchell & then bring Mitchell back up. The Orginal Napa button does not have this issue... Please help!

We are using NAPA Pro-Link, Our Mitchell1 is running 6.4.544. To my knowledge we are having ZERO issues with the set up.

I'm working to install a demo account to see this first hand. In the meantime, I have a reply from support:

"There’s a view certificate button and they need to install the certificate. Once installed, they have to click continue until it disappears. The message pops up for each image shown for each part. That’s where the certificate is expired, with the part images. We were able to replicate here as well."

It sounds like the security certificates have expired on the NAPA side, please confirm this is the issue you are experiencing.

yes, it does seem to be on NAPA side... we have had our tech guy look at, the Mitchell tech support looked at it. We are trying to contact NAPA directly...

I clicked "view certificate" then I kind of just clicked on what appeared to be the right answer. The photos show up now!
