My name is peter and I am staring to use about 3 weeks, One thing I notced that Mitchell1 estimate system can not recognised medium and heavy duty truck VIN number but NAPA trac dose.

It sounds like you are using ProDemand Estimator and NOT Manager SE, is that correct? The VIN Decode in ProDemand works up to 1 ton because ProDemand has information for these vehicles.
The VIN Decode functions in Medium Truck, Tractor Trailer, Repair Connect and Truck Labor all accept over 1 ton VIN codes because they are designed for and include information for big trucks.
