Dodge RAM 5500 would not be listed in ProDemand which goes up to 1 ton. You'd be talking Medium-Truck.net for information.
If you need to enter the vehicle in Manager SE, you can enter the VIN, *not* press Decode, then enter the vehicle details. It's just not going to integrate with Estimator, Repair, parts catalogs.
