Did you happen to click Feedback and enter the details there? They meet 2-3 times a week and that Feedback button is the direct link to that squad.

I have had a hard time myself with the 1search feature but ive been told its gonna be fixed in around 90 days.

I did send feedback. In the past I could not get anything to happen with that button, but it worked just now.
