Changing Password

Post by sbebenelli »

It's been a long time since we have changed our password in ShopKey Pro. I was thinking we used to do it ourselves but I cannot seem to find a way to do it. Is this something I can change or do I have to call Mitchell?

Go to Configurations> Program Security. Click on 'Change Protected Areas'. There you'll see the master password available for change.

Ooops. Sorry.

No. Program security and login security are separate. You'd need to call in to change your login.
