January 13 system issues

Attempted to link to ProDemand through Manager earlier today & it failed. I then attempted ProDemand through a couple different browsers w/ the same result. Next, I tried this forum & it failed. I then called in for tech support & received a message stating that I should call back later for assistance.
After waiting it out, things seem to be working again. Any explanation for the system issues and any thoughts on why tech support phone calls wouldn't go through?

Mitchell1 was having technical difficulties that included their phone systems. Like most companies, they rely on internet connectivity for their phone systems (ip phone).
