I have been with this company for 16 years and have had excellent results with their customer service. The number to call is 888-724-6742. I have found that the best time to call is 8-9AM California time. I have little wait times and the personal at their end are very helpful.

Thanks Tim I am not trying to start trouble and there is not a big problem just wish to esculate my case and have not been able to do so. And thanks for replying to my email yesterday.
