ShopKeyPro diagrams not enlarging

Sometime in the last month the diagrams in ShopKeyPro stopped enlarging. When I click make full screen, the next screen pops up with the toolbar on the left like it should. When I click the magnifying glass to make it bigger the slider bar moves but the picture stays the same.
Anyone else having this problem or is it on my end? I'm using the same computer I have always used.

This is more than likely an Internet Explorer or SVG issue. I would try clearing out your IE Browsing History (Temporary IE Files, Cookies, and History) and rerunning the M1/SK Config Utility located on Managerfiles.com (
http://www.m1faqs.com/ccount/click.php?id=4). If that still doesnt work, try resetting IE settings from the Internet Option's "Advanced" tab.

I forgot to mention that I'm using Chrome and have tried IE and both do it. I have ran that utility recently to fix a problem with manager showing wire diagrams.

My apologies...I was thinking of Shopkey5.com. ShopkeyPro.com....is it on all figures or specific ones? Do you have an example of one that you can recreate over and over?

It does it on all wiring diagrams and figures.
As pictured below the pictures should be at full zoom and they haven't changed.

That looks like an Adobe SVG issue. Try uninstalling Adobe SVG from your computer and reinstalling using the M1/SK Config Utility.

This did not work. I probably need to call tech support. It's just hard to sit down and do it.
