No Print Option On Wiring Diagrams? FIXED

When I go to print wiring diagrams (as I have always done) there is no long a print option. When I right click to print there is no print option either. This is happening on 2 of my computers but not my third one? I have to go to prodemand to print them now. Any fix here?

I've always gone to ctrl p I guess since I zoom in on the area I want using ctrl + or -

I tried using Control P, it prints like 4 pages (3 of which are completely blank) and then prints the diagram as if it has been zoomed in and its only part of it. I then tried to zoom out (using control -) and I zoomed out as far as I could and tried again. The same thing happened. Any other options??

There are many factors that can affect printing. SVG, Explorer version and so on. Take a look at the Knowledgebase article and see if something might apply to you.

I assume you are printing from On Demand.com? What are the OS's of the computers affected? What version of Explorer are you using? Firewall changes? .........?

We had some issues with viewing things, our I.T. guy came in. Our system had upgraded to Windows 10, he waved his magic wand and once we were running Window 9 our issues were fixed. I guess you may want to see what your system has on it.

I have changed my internet to be in compatibility mode all the time and it works great now! Thanks so much!
