ProDemand Access Added To All OD5.com Subscriptions

Post by timbre4 »

Notice – All Mitchell 1 Repair Subscriptions will have ProDemand

This evening, 6/12/13, our IT team will be adding ProDemand access to all remaining OnDemand5.com subscriptions. This results in all Mitchell 1 Repair subscriptions having access to ProDemand. The same username/password will work for either OnDemand5.com or for ProDemand.

The purpose for us making this move is for improved customer service. The following two scenarios should be more easily addressed:

1) A Mitchell 1 sales contractor visits a shop with an existing OnDemand5.com subscription. Instead of directing the customer to the online form to upgrade to ProDemand and visiting a few days later to train the customer, he or she can have the customer log into ProDemand and immediately begin the introduction/training.

2) A customer is on the phone with Support or Retention and the customer is struggling with navigation in OnDemand5.com. The support agent will now be able to have the customer log into ProDemand while they are on the phone and direct him to attend Robert Crull’s online training class to learn ProDemand as well as other resources like the training videos.
For now, accounts with only OnDemand5.com product subscriptions, will NOT have access to SureTrack. If a customer wants access to SureTrack, the customer will have to work through the online form or Customer Service to update their subscription to a ProDemand product code. If a customer does upgrade to a ProDemand product code subscription, they will then receive access to SureTrack, which will take overnight to be activated once the ProDemand subscription is updated.
