XCharge Customer Signature Receipt Print Setting?

We have 2 computers at our service desk running X-Charge, each has their own separate printer. The host does not print a customer signature receipt but the 2nd computer automatically prints one as soon as card is approved. Where do I find the settings for printing customer signature receipts?

The receipt printing is set up on the individual XCharge clients. File > Setup and then the Receipts tab.

We were able to successfully print signature/credit card receipts upon changing x-charge printer settings per Tim's instruction. Recently, we had to replace our printer and upon replacing, the signature receipt now "prints" a blank sheet of paper. Invoices, R/O's, Tech sheets, etc. all print just fine but the X-charge CC receipt feeds out completely blank. I've looked at my settings and can't seem to figure this out. Please help.

My x-charge is still printing one copy did I miss the fix for this.

Update from product management:

"The date that prints on the Report Pro Custom Multi Point Inspection is the Inspection Date of the vehicle on the Vehicle Tab in Mitchell Manager.
Update the Inspection Date on the Vehicle Tab in Mitchell Manager and Reload the Custom Multi Point Inspection."

I called X-Charge support and they logged in to remedy. It turns out that "raw" printing selection rather than "windows" printing selection under printing tab, under setup was checked. Once "windows" printing box was checked and "raw" was unchecked, the signature copy began to print as it should.
