Xcharge

Just a heads up I got a voice mail saying they were from Mitchell and noticed I have yet activate my x-charge. I am pretty sure x-charge is separate from Mitchell and I'm confident this is a sales gimmick from them trying to get people to use x-charge. I am not sure how they got my contact information.

They actually called again same thing except I was able to take the call. This is Jerod from Mitchell........I said so you work for Mitchell and he said yes I said so Mitchell not X-charge and he said well we have a friendly relationship. lol His name was Jerod Hutchinson. These deceiving sales tactics are the main reason while I will never use them it shows in my opinion there ethics. That would be like me calling someone and saying I was with Mitchell.

X-Charge is an approved third party vendor for Mitchell. They call on behalf of the relationship they have with M1. I'll admit that stating they are from M1 is a stretch, but I don't sense any deception. Perhaps a little overly aggressive. They just want you to activate the software they've partnered with M1. I've gotten the calls before. I'm very happy with my current provider too.

I will pass this on to the XCharges liaison here. The caller should say something like Hi I'm from XCharge, a certified Mitchell 1 partner.

Thanks

Exactly if I was unaware I would have been fooled. They make it sound as though something is not set up yet like a new feature on the management software which is far from reality.

With the rates they charge, they probably have to be a little deceptive/aggressive in sales calls. Extremely better rates out there. I'm saving about $250 a month switching companies and I don't do a ton in sales either. I'd be more than happy to pass along contact info if anyone is interested.

Folks,

XChagre IS a certified partner working with MItchell 1 to provide integrated credit card clearing and reporting within the Manager program. I have learned from the our program manager worked closely with XCharge to craft the appropriate message, as they are working with us directly to update, maintain, providing lower rates than other vendors very often, and have our certification. Of course your mileage may vary depending of length of business, dollar volume, credit rating and all other attributes of the business. There are many users that have told us they are receiving lower rates that other vendors, but some many be higher, it all depends on many factors. I want to assure you as the product owner for Manager SE, our intent is that there be no deceptions, and as most calls go with our partner, once a conversation is established, they provide full disclosure.

Respectfully,

John Dwulet

In the call I received it went as follows. I'm so and so with Mitchell I see you have not set up your xcharge something something yet and am calling to help set that up. Knowing what xcharge is I knew it was not the way they said. Now not knowing It may have went different. Needless to say after that I told them to never call again.

Maybe it was a scam and not really xcharge?

It's legit; M1 partners do call in this manner.
