Anyone having trouble with PCI Compliance? I have always met the criteria for compliance in the past and now have failed. I have not changed anything in my system. Any suggestions?

Product management responds:

"We have had several customer with similar concerns and after working backwards to find the culprit, it was found that hardware was causing the issue. There was new hardware requirements posted on Oct 1st, 2015; even though the old hardware continues to function, it pulls the shop out of compliance."

I have had the Ingenico iPP320 Terminal to accept the "chip" cards other than that everything is the same. What is the solution for this? Xcharge will start charging a fee for not being PCI Compliant. It seems they charge a fee for there fees. The only thing good is how it integrates with Mitchell. I am not happy with all the fees that Xcharge has. Is their another Credit Card processor that integrates with Mitchell?
