X-Charge Credit Card Processing?

I am interested in some feed back from shop owners who have implementd the Mitchell creditcard processing. How well is it working. Have there been any rate increases after the inital agreement.Was the transition smooth from the privious prccessor.Is the deposist on time. Any and all other info is welcomed.

PS Does this format have a spell check?

Have been using X-charge since the original beta testing.

How does it work? Flawless. Integration is perfect.

No rate increases. In fact our processing cost is as low or lower than ever... Deposits are on time, statements make sense.

If they could fix one thing I would be supremely happy with our card processing. I get phone calls several times a day from other processors that ask for 10 minutes of my time and will guarantee in writing that they can save me money over my current arrangement. When I say I am not interested in saving more money, they ask why not as if that is an abnormal condition. Oh well maybe we are not normal. Thats OK.
