NEWEST MITCHELL UPDATE

With the newest Mitchell update when a tech adds a new note to the order it will save on the tablet but will not show up in Mitchell order on the screen, however if you print the order the note will show up in it on the printing but still not the order.

So they know about that, but it probably doesn't hurt to voice it directly with them again. Squeaky wheel and all.
