VIN Scanning Issue?
VIN Scanning Issue?
Just looking to see if anyone else is having an issue scanning vin labels that are black and have white barcoding. It seems I have absolutely no problem scanning VIN barcodes that are on a white label, but it's impossible to get the black background to scan. I know there is a setting in mobile manager, and I've tried it with it turned on and off :/

Good Morning,
As for your question regarding the scanning VIN labels that are black and have white bar-coding. We recommend using the license tag decoding instead of the VIN decoding. Due to the fact that lighting issues, dirt and wear make the VIN decode less accurate. License Tags only have a few digits to put in making it more accurate.
