Carriage Returns Not Transferred to Manager

When typing up my work in the <Work Performed> field in Mobile Manager, I noticed that my carriage returns are not transferring to Mitchell Manager. They are all ignored which groups all my typing into one giant blob. Can this be fixed?

Any update on this? We make very long write-ups and it's getting difficult to know where the paragraphs go.
