Attaching Inspection to Labor Items in Manager

Post by ricmorin »

My service advisor came up with this one. Attach an inspection to a specific labor item in Manager. Add the labor, the inspection gets added automatically. Awesome.

Anyone else agree?

I think this would be nice. We generally don't charge for the inspections however on some occasions we do and that would be nice to have.

Looks like a good idea. Let me be sure that I understand it though, you are writing up the customer in Mitchell and you want to add the inspection there instead of on the tablet using a specific job.

If I understand this right it is a good idea.

Please let me know if I do not get it.

Thanks

That's pretty much it. We PAY our people to do the inspections, therefore there's a labor line associated with it. Just seems efficient to connect them.
