Welcome Station Keyboard Issue
When a unique match for a phone number is not found, Welcome Station asks for a last name. The accompanying keyboard covers the entry field and customers often mistype without knowing. This causes no customer found and we end up skipping it altogether. Can Welcome Station be programmed to show this window when typing?
