Internal Checklist

Post by Cory »

We would like the ability to add an "internal checklist" as part of our normal inspection.

When performing an inspection, we could add line items that the techs could check off as "Complete". Such as "Maintenance Light Reset", "Test Drive", "Car Wash". These would be internal checks that the customer would not see as part of their normal inspection report...

Would you want these items to be a "hidden" part of the inspection that still holds the inspection incomplete when these items are not finished?

I think that would be ideal.

Cory,
Have you thought about just adding a 'quality control inspection' point, and having a dedicated person that does all the items included in that?

Or have you thought about building an entirely separate inspection for these things, but never actually send that inspection to a customer? That could definitely be kept internal

Creating a second checklist is a good idea, Maybe create one for each canned job.
