Appointment Setting Update

Customers are making appointments for when we are closed? It's an awkward reply :(

And how can I stop customers from making appointments for the same day?

Can't find a settings menu -

Your settings for the Scheduler is a tab at the top left, just left of the View tab. You set your hours of operation in the Scheduler Options. You can also set Holidays your are closed. The next option is Availability Options. This is where you set how many appointments can be set for a given time slot. Make sure there is a check in the box next to 'Use Shop Hours' or customers will be able to book appointments outside your shop hours entered.

When these options are set properly, we almost never have to decline an appointment.

But we use the Bolt-On scheduler on our website and it doesn't use these parameters? :(

Right now, the status is "Feature Request #4376"

Why doesn't the Bolt-on scheduler use the Shopstream SE schedule?

Looking for an update on this "feature" from Bolt-On pls.

I've sent in email after email about this. We have people making appointments 15 minutes out and showing up for the oil change before we've even replied. It is madness.

The madness of the public is one reason I will not make online appointment setting an option for our customers. Public deportment is getting out of hand and we need to deal with it.

You guys may want to consider Mitchell1's version if you cannot get resolution from BO. No appointments when you are closed and complete control over where these land in your schedule. If I'm booked today, an appointment cannot be made. I rarely have to decline.
