Automated Followup Texts
Is there any way to send automatic thank you text messages?

I have been in contact with Bolt On's developer with ideas on this very thing, and I expect it will likely make it into the message manager pro program in the future. (my thoughts, they decide what makes it into their product) We talked of more a semi-automatic function, so the service advisor or shop owner could view and edit the list before sending - for instance, if there was an issue a car was scheduled to come back into the shop for a comeback, etc, it would seem rather tone-deaf for that client to get an automated follow up message.
Would be interesting to hear more thoughts on this.

Thanks Gerald. Our developers have added this as a feature request. It's a great idea, but a lot of work to implement. We appreciate your suggestions. Please keep them coming.

I agree that a way to review the list before sending would be great to catch those hiccups that we all have...
We are sending out postcards to those people that spend $400 or more... but it would be nice that everyone gets a Thank you!
