CUSTOMER OPTED OUT OF TEXTS ACCIDENTLY

I have a customer that accidentally opted out of receiving texts. Now he would like to start receiving texts again. How do I change his setting?

Have them text you in caps START

In terms of opting in to text messages, the universal messaging of "START" will opt a phone number back in to text messaging.
