Auto Responder

Post by ricmorin »

Are there any plans to upgrade the Auto Responder? I have been getting text messages on the weekends and if they are in the window of operations then they get through without a message. I would love to see some options for weekends.

I was also thinking it would be cool if texts could somehow be forwarded to another number during those off hours. That way we never miss an opportunity to schedule an appointment or answer a question. Another possibility is to have a feature to text another number when an after hours text arrives. That could give users an opportunity to remote into the desktop and continue the conversation.
