Replace PC - Cannot Print Lube Sticker?

Post by dan »

Looking for any help out there? We recently crashed one of the office PC's. While waiting for the new Dell, we installed the Zebra printer on one of the other office PC's and worked just fine. After we setup the new Dell, installed the Zebra print drivers and downloaded the Zebra Designer software, we could not get it to print a sticker. After spending 3 days (4 - 5 hours) with support we are not successful in printing a proper sticker, thought they said it was fixed.

When click print, it will print a misaligned sticker and spit out 2 more blank stickers. The font is not the same (ugly) as the other PC or what is was originally. I don't know why they couldn't copy the template to match, but they have created new templates several times in effort. IT came out to look, thinking a driver issue; all 3 machines have the same driver and will print a test page to the Zebra, so doesn't appear to be a driver issue.

Surely this isn't a first time symptom, wondering if any of you have run across this, and what you did to fix it.

Thanks, Dan

Boy I'll say! Ken jumped right in and fixed it very quickly. Hated to bother him with it, but he's had the answer twice now for unusual issues. He is a Champ! Thanks to you for the push & please pass along my thanks to Ken.
