Lube Sticker Pro Comments/Questions

Post by alloutrepair »

Just a couple of quick comments/questions regarding Lube Sticker Pro:

1. More recently than not, the oil reset procedures appear not to be working correctly. It is not populating the vehicle information completely, and therefore not displaying the correct information.

2. We are using Lube Sticker Pro for Oil changes / Key tags / and Parts tags (printing a key tag sticker to place on the parts when they are delivered); however I can only print one sticker and the program closes, I have to go back to the menu and re-open Lube Sticker Pro to print the next, any chance this could stay open or we could get the option to enter how many stickers we want to print?

3. Curious if there is a way to keep the program open at all times, and get a refresh button similar to Report Pro, to save us time from having to re-open the program every time we want to print a sticker?
THANKS!
~Jennifer~

Hi Jennifer,

Can you remote in from that computer today at 3 p.m.: http://boltontechnology.com/support-team/ Our support technicians would be able to see what's happening and help fix it.

I have an enhancement request for Lube Sticker Pro:

If a vehicle has an oil light that needs to be reset, Lube sticker Pro would pop up a window after printing sticker to remind you to reset the oil light, along with instructions on how to do it.

Hi Cory,

Thanks for reaching out to me. We have added your suggestion to our Feature Request list, and will email you when it's ready, assuming it not too complicated to create. If everything goes well, we'll alert you that it's ready and let you know how to start using it.

I hope this helps. Have a great weekend.
