Lost Custom Inspection Worksheet?

Post by Jeff @ Able Auto »

I lost the custom inspection work sheet after an update. Now I cant seem to remember how to add items to it. Was going to use the static sheet pbut it prints so dim I cant hardly read it. Went to Bolt On site and all it has is mobile manager instructions. How do I get my custom inspection back? And how about putting up some training for us that DON'T use mobile manager! Thanks, Jeff.

Hi Jeff,

I'm sorry you're having difficulties. Have you checked out How Do I document? Here' s a link: http://boltontechnology.com/howdoi.pdf

Hope that helps. Please let us know if you're still having difficulty.

Our Custom Inspection sheets from Bolt On are not lost but we would like to have the ability to look at a certain customers inspection sheet with out having an order for that customer open. We have many customers call & want to know when their next such & such service is due... & it would be nice just to be able to pull it up with out an order. There are other scenarios too.

Thanks, ARS

Thanks Mike. I thought I was doing it correctly. For some reason the inspection sheet will not populate with my selections. Will remote in as soon as I get a chance. Jeff.

Hi ARS,

This can be achieved in Report Pro > Tools > Inspection Manager. Change the filter to status of 'Complete' and set the date range for the date they came in. In a future update, we are planning on adding full search capabilities. Hope this helps.

I tried that Mike, But the Inspection Manager is blanked out... We are not able to click on it. I see it there but unable to click it.

Thanks, ARS
