New Workflow Manager - NO Special Orders

It appears that Special Orders do not show anywhere in the new Workflow Manager. I use these DAILY. IIRC, the previous version showed them fine.

Checking in on this.
What exactly do you do with special orders? Only asking to fully understand since shops all handle this differently or not at all.

As the name implies, we use these as designed by Mitchell1. Any time we need to order parts in advance, a Special Order is created and tracked as parts arrive. It is then changed to an Order once the vehicle arrives.

Any new developments on this? We are using WM fully now but none of our Special Orders even show up. We would really like to see everything in WM.

It's been nearly a year. Any new developments?

BTW, how do we add items to the request list for voting? I don't see this request on there.

To add new requests to the voting queue.
Go to the Help Menu in Message Manager or Report Pro.
Click the "Vote for Features" icon.
Click on the "+" icon lower right side
Fill in request and submit.
It will be in a "pending" status until development department reviews it, approves it, then it will appear in the voting queue for other shops to vote on request.

Nearly 2 years have passed. We use Special Orders every day and they do not appear on our workflow screens. Any updates?

Thank you Bolt On for showing Special Orders in Workflow. No can we get them to show as an SO and not an RO? I can wait. :roll:

Hoping to get Special Orders to show as Special Orders. Currently they show as Repair Orders.
