2014 RAM 2500 HD No Info For VIN?

Here is another vehicle that has no info in Mitchell manager yet. 3C6UR5FL3EG106944. When is the update going to be available?????

I have 5.9.5.250 and it still does not list it there. Is there another update I need to do for this?

That is the current release of 5.9.

Let's clarify - this is about what appears in the drop-down lists? We can see Y-M-M but not sub-model etc.

It is frustrating I agree. I have to use a different vin decoder then input the correct information.

I agree It is Frustrating when the VIN is not decoded!

"This VIN is not currently mapped to an MVC, hence it does not decode in ProDemand. We are currently working on a new VIN to MVC mapping process, which should help us with such matters in the future. For now, we will ensure that the below is manually mapped before the end of this month."

I guess I'm just the old man in the loop. When there is an issue I report it then move on. When I run into an issue like this I import it from another source and once done I have no further need to go back again. Maybe the attitude I have goes back to when we would use manuals for information. They were always a year to a year and a half behind and we would either have to beg information from a dealer or flip a coin and go with what we had. I guess the frustration here is how I felt back then. As a matter of fact I use Google quite a bit now as a reference.

I agree Steve. We have some 14's that don't decode. We do what we can and move on. When the 14s start to decode we decode. Mitchell has no way to keep info up to date to the month. There is just way to much information. It's like a CEL coming on and the customer thinks you can plug in the crystal ball and know exactly what is wrong. We all need to know that Mitchell is doing everything they can for us. This forum is a good example of that.

Thanks Rich. We did lose a critical resource earlier this year and some processes also needed to be changed. We have an obligation to our customers and our expectation is to be caught up shortly.
