This decodes in ProDemand. As explained above, you do not need to report this.

If you have a VIN that doesn't decode in Manager, try it in ProDemand. If that works, that means it's in a future update for Manager, and will eventually show up. In that case, there would be no need to notify us.

This vehicle decodes in Manager SE 7.0.2 right now. You must be several releases behind, please contact support so that you can get squared away,

That is due to the following reasons:
1. SE 7.x will not install on XP / Vista computers
2. The new Scheduler is vastly different and we declined to force that on any unsuspecting shops
If you would specifically like to receive the SE 7.0.2 update, please contact customer service to be placed in that group by account number.
