Call tech support and ask them if they would update you to version 7.1.6. It will decode SAJWA6DA0FMK11960 and included several new features. You can also get a self-serve update at http://www.m1faqs.com/fix/SE/index.htm .

John I downloaded and tried to install several times. I did this on the server with all workstations signed out of Mitchell. It doesn't want to update. It goes through the motions but when I enter Mitchell it still says it is version 7.1.2. Am I missing something?

Paul,

You should probably give us a call at support when you can. You may have something amiss with your updater software.
