Sorry new to Scheduler even though it been out a while I just started playing with it. Is there a way to delete all shop event at one time or prior to a certain date? I have 100s if not 1000s of random shop event from where I have done quotes for people and deleted them after printing and it has saved all those instances as shop events and would like to clear them out so I can manage them better.
I haven't found a way, but it would be nice if I could print a day or week schedule per technician so that I can give them a copy.
If this stuff has been addressed, I am sorry for the redundancy

Re: Shop Events
There isn't really a way to mass delete previous shop events.
"I haven't found a way, but it would be nice if I could print a day or week schedule per technician so that I can give them a copy." —Fortunately this one should be pretty straightforward. Under Reports > Management, you'll find a Scheduled Events - By Technician report. That will give you individual pages for each technician assignments.

Is there a way to prevent shop event from setting each time I do a estimate for something?
