Scenario: Customer on the phone says they want to come in for x, y & z. You click on the Scheduler to enter a new entry. You ask their last name and type it in "Simpson". You have Simpson's in your system...so you ask for a first name. Mary. There are no Mary's listed. Then you ask has the vehicle been here before. "No, I'm a new customer". So you click the New Customer button.
At this point in the scenario the New Customer window pops-up with nothing filled in. Could the New Customer window have, in this case, "Simpson" pre-filled?
The above example was using Simpson. I just had one where the name was MAMIDIPALLI, SATYENDRA...try remembering that one when the New Customer window comes up blank!
