OK, Customer calls in and wants to make an appointment for a brake job 2 weeks in advance. I create an appointment and make notes etc...
Scheduler sends out an e-mail which ASKS TO CONFIRM APPOINTMENT.
Customer confirms and email is sent to my ECRM email / Business email. That person may confirm the email the day they called in for appointment or couple days after, or wait until day before....

Point trying to make is there a way to "HIGHLIGHT" that appointment and not wonder if they are truly coming in or just on the list? Even a button on WIP screen,
I get the emails sent to me, I just wish I could do more with it on the scheduler side..? Or better yet when they respond, it updates the scheduler automatically as well as a email to me.
