I searched a bit, but hope someone knows or gets what I'm talking about.

OK, Customer calls in and wants to make an appointment for a brake job 2 weeks in advance. I create an appointment and make notes etc...

Scheduler sends out an e-mail which ASKS TO CONFIRM APPOINTMENT.

Customer confirms and email is sent to my ECRM email / Business email. That person may confirm the email the day they called in for appointment or couple days after, or wait until day before.... :roll:

Point trying to make is there a way to "HIGHLIGHT" that appointment and not wonder if they are truly coming in or just on the list? Even a button on WIP screen,

I get the emails sent to me, I just wish I could do more with it on the scheduler side..? Or better yet when they respond, it updates the scheduler automatically as well as a email to me. :D

I think it would be pretty cool to have two way integration between ECRM and the Scheduler so that when an appointment is confirmed, the scheduled item somehow reflects that. very good information to know.

There are other issues with ECRM/Scheduler that need some work along with some basic Scheduler needs that would take priority over this. Could you simply add a note to the scheduled item in the meantime? Do you get a lot of no shows?

actually very few, just asking about scheduler updates and ho it's processed.
