Schedule Color Coding?

is there away to color code on the schedule. with multiple writers it would be nice to highlight big jobs etc., that way when taking a quick glimps those stand out. right now we try to capitalize them, but it doesn't work too well. thanks for any input we can get.

You could do this by setting up custom appointment states. These you can pick the color for and set the state on the appointment. Super simple example, but should convey the idea.

We created several new appointment states. 1) White is open and not here 2) Light blue= ro is printed 3) Yellow is vehicle is here 4) Red is vehicle here but customer is waiting ...last one is grey when the vehicle is invoiced.
