Appointment Moves Into Tomorrow?

Post by ARS »

We are working the new scheduler but one issue is that it moves the person from today to tomorrow randomly even if we are completing the work order that day. We start with each customer and mark them as an all day event, but it still moves them forward

This is most likely due to adding labor time to a scheduled appointment. The automatic growth of appointments is an option we're looking to implement soon, so the appointment duration you set would not change no matter how many labor hours you actually add to the order.

After you add work, it may stretch across multiple days depending on how much work you add.

For now, the work around is to open the appointment and change the date/time to make it stay on a single day.
