Create Quick Appointment in SE 7.x Schedule

To assist users who are new to the SE 7.1.7 Schedule and want to create 'quick appointments' as they did in the 1995 version of the Schedule, please review the attached file. It includes a comparison of steps between the two versions and screen samples for step by step quide to record the appointment quickly.
