Appts. Disappearing From Schedule?
It seems to be an almost daily event. Appointments I know were put in the schedule have been disappearing on their own. Its been causing time conflicts with customers and causing a lot of delays that could be avoided. We are using version 7.1.7.6.

Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. This is the first report I've seen; I might suggest a review of display settings and to check if any Filtering may be in effect.

Thanks for confirming. Is there a pattern in terms of these entries being started as EST, RO or strictly as appointments from the appointment editor?Creekview Automotive wrote:Everything is checked under filtering and resource view mode.

I haven't noticed a pattern. They are all made as appointments by myself the same way I make all of them without an invoices or work orders started.

Okay, you start with genuine appointments without any EST or RO status as yet. Do these seem to 'disappear' before or after they become EST or RO?

I make them a several days out and at some point they disappear Im not sure when. I only know when I print out schedules I know they are missing appointments then people show up that I remember had appointments.

Re: Appts. Disappearing From Schedule?
Going to ask a few more things; are these appointments all using existing customers/vehicles or is it a mix with new customers as well? Do you assign Technicians and/or Resources at the time of the appointments?
If we cannot define a pattern here, it be necessary to contact tech support to look into your database.

They are made using existing customers and vehicles. I don't assign technicians or resources for any appointments until they are in the garage being worked on the day of their appointment.
