Online Scheduler

Post by acofgb »

How can I find a link to the online scheduler that I can use on my website? I really like the feature of giving my customers access to the available times on my schedule, but would like to be able to use it for all customers, new included. Or do they have to have their own account at the owner auto site?

I'm reasonably sure you can get a link from your CRM agent to use on your own website. If Mitchell1 does your website (like mine), they set it up for you.

I figured it out. In the setup screen, there is an option to preview the form. That form is "live", I just copied and pasted the URL, so anyone can use that form, not just existing customers.

Yes, OLA (Online Appointments) is going to work for new customers searching from a website widget. Existing customers will also see them in emails and OwnerAutoSite.com screen.
