Service advisor for appointments

Post by DynaBMan »

We have started using the scheduler in ShopKey and I have a question. My station also doubles as the database server. When I create an appointment, it automatically places my name as Service Advisor for the appointment. However, on the other three work stations that are using the scheduler, the Service Advisor is left blank, unless they choose a name from the drop down. All three have specific users with profiles created in ShopKey.

Hey Larry,

Starting simple on this one - do those users have a default Service Advisor set under the Setup > Default Settings?

Well what do you know? That's what the culprit was. Thank you!
