The Accounting Link pricing model and product code is changing this month to support a new version. New customers ordering MGRLINKC will be billed $69 per month with no upfront charges. The installation/training fee has been discontinued, removing a potential sales objection. The Back Office will be releasing an all-new online version of Accounting Link in approximately 3 weeks. All eligible customers who sign up beginning July 28th, 2025, will be entitled to access the new version and enjoy its benefits just as soon as it’s available. Customers are eligible for Accounting Link Online if they use a cloud-based accounting system, such as QuickBooks Online.

This new version of Accounting Link is introducing a first-time web client. The advantage for customers using QuickBooks Online (United States & Canada), Sage Intacct, or NetSuite, is they’ll be able to access any of their accounts from anywhere they want to, instead of being limited to the specific computer that their current desktop client is installed on. Customers will be contacted by The Back Office when it’s ready to switch over to this exciting new product platform.
