QB Integrator Users: DPR Backup Ending 10/31/2023

Dear Customer,

Due to security considerations and technology limitations, our legacy DPR (Data Protection & Recovery) offering is being retired on 10/31/2023. This application created a full database backup to our servers several times per week, which included QuickBooks Integrator (QBI) data pointers.

Our updated offsite backup, Manager SE Connection, is created in real-time, but does not capture the legacy QBI data elements. It is therefore imperative that users wishing to continue with the legacy QBI product create local database backups on a regular basis. Alternatively, we encourage you to upgrade to AccountingLink from The Back Office to avoid any potential concern.
