NAPA - USA Warranty Credit Cards - How to process

NAPA in the USA are now sending out Credit Cards for warranties of parts and/or labor.

For those shops that are using the integrated payment processors follow the steps below:

SETUP:

Go to NAPA contact card and create a NAPA Receivable Account
Go to SETUP from home ribbon | Payment Methods | Create a payment method called NAPA Credit Card

Process:

Step 1: Process the NAPA warranty to the NAPA PAYABLE ACCOUNT as normal
Step 2: From in the NAPA Payable account go to Make a Payment on the ribbon and select CONTRA PAYMENT to move from NAPA Payable to NAPA Receivable account.
Step 3: In the NAPA Receivable, use the NAPA credit card to process payment through the integrated payment processor.
