How to run a connection test in Enterprise Pro?

Experiencing Slow Connectivity or Server Disconnects? There is a user friendly connection test utility included in the software that will allow you to run

a few short tests ( Ping and Trace Route) Save the results and email to enterprise@mitchell1.com for review.

To run outside of the software you can download utility from the following link: http://www.protractor.com/downloads/ConnectionTest.zip

To run a connection test please go to:
  • M1 Button top left corner with program open
  • Manager Options
  • Tools in the left panel
  • Click on Perform a network connection test
  • Click Test
  • Note: There will be a green progress bar then pop up window Test Completed
  • Click Details button
Test Results Legend:
Green =Success
Orange= Warning
Red = Failed
