How to get an API Key to give to an external CRM service?

If you plan on using an external CRM in Enterprise Pro you will want to generate an API Key to provide them access to your data.

- Go to Setup on home ribbon
- Type External in search box
- Click External Services
- Click Add from the ribbon
- The API Key will populate in this window
- (Note: You will want to provide the Connection ID and/or API Key to third party vendor. )
- Select the Start Date and leave End Date blank
