How to recover deleted data in Enterprise Pro?

If you inadvertently or intentionally deleted a Profit Center, Service Category, Contact, Service Item, Inventory Material or a Work Order in Enterprise Pro, you can

with the appropriate security permissions, recover the data by doing the following:
  • Click on the drop down arrow from Utilities on the home ribbon
  • Select Deleted Item Recovery
  • Enter Search Criteria
  • Highlight from the results list
  • Click Recover from the ribbon
If after searching, you do not see the data then it is either not available to recover this way or you lack the permissions needed to access.
