How to show authorizations on WO or Invoice?

If you are using a signature capture device and you want to be able to print the Signature Authorization at the end of the Work Order or Invoice you will need to edit the

Work Order or Invoice template(s) as follows:

Go to Setup from the home ribbon | Select Print Documents from the left panel | Type = Work Order ( Invoice, if applicable) | Template = whichever template you want it to show up on | Click Edit on the ribbon | Scroll down to the "Body" section in the left panel | Select Edit button next to Advanced Options | Place check mark in the Shows Authorization(s) option | Click Ok
